Dr. Harvey Horn has been practicing medicine in the Hudson Valley since 1987. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Horn’s General Surgical practice includes diseases of the Stomach and Intestines, Gallbladder, Breast Disease, and Hernias. He also evaluates and treats abdominal pain, tumors of the skin, head and neck, and soft tissues of the body.

His Colon and Rectal practice includes expertise in Colonoscopy, diagnosis and treatment of Colon and Rectal Cancer, Hemorrhoids, Rectal Abscess and Fistula, and evaluation of Rectal Bleeding and Pain.

Dr. Horn has served as Chairman of Surgery at the Cornwall Hospital and has been an attending surgeon at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital since 1987.
