Dr. Murali A. Perumal is a Board-certified Gastroenterologist. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. He did his internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Health and Science Center in Pennsylvania. He also was a resident at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Brunswick, NJ.

Dr. Perumal is dual Board-certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.

Since 2010, Dr. Perumal has practiced Gastroenterology with Horizon Family Medical Group in New Windsor, NY. Prior to that, he was with Hudson Valley Gastroenterology Associates, also in New Windsor, and with practices in Newburgh, Highland Mills and Middletown, NY.

Dr. Perumal is affiliated with St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh and Cornwall, NY.
