Bruce Feldman, MS, CPPM is the Administrator of Eastern Orange Ambulatory Surgery Center. He completed his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with a minor in Medical Ethics. He then went on to do his graduate work at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he earned his Master of Science in Health Services Administration. He did a post-graduate fellowship at Temple University where he earned a Special Certificate in Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement & Finance. He earned his Certification in Physician Practice Management from the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Bruce has been involved in the ASC industry for more than 30 years and currently serves as a Board Member of the New York State Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Bruce is a frequent speaker at Becker’s annual ASC Business Conference in Chicago and has been frequently interviewed and quoted in several articles related to the management of ambulatory surgery centers and the ASC industry. He has held several senior leadership positions in both the hospital and outpatient settings throughout the course of his seasoned career.
